Erina's Raw Foods and Herbal Teas- raw foods, salads, bean dips, avocado dips, dehydrated fruits, organic ice tea, hot chai, organic coffee (in season)

Fine Apiary- honey- raw and filtered, honey products, vegetables- beans, corn, squash, cucumbers

Fontana Pasta- ravioli, gnocchi, pasta, sauces, soups and more produced in Vandergrift.

Najat's Cuisine- Lebanese specialty meat and vegetable pies, pita, hummus, baba-ghannouj, baklava

Northside Organics- peppers, beans, cucumbers, and an assortment of pickled products.

Pisarcik Greenhouses- plants, herbs and potted flowers, cut flowers, and a variety of vegetables.

River Moon Cafe- from Lawrenceville, providing expertly prepared foods.

Schwirian Farm- family farm producing a variety of flavored soy nuts including dill, and salt and vinegar; also sunflowers

Wagner Acres -cabbage, squash, potatoes
