Ross TownshipThe physical location of Bellevue Memorial Park, and bordering on the eastern fringes of Bellevue, is this suburban Pittsburgh neighborhood. The Borough of West View is located within the boundaries of Ross Township. The youth of these "North Hills" communities are enrolled as students of the North Hills School District. |

The Borough of Ben Avon
This Borough is situated along the northern border of Avalon. Collectively, the three communities of Bellevue, Avalon, and Ben Avon have formed an alliance culminating in the establishment of the Tri-Boro Planning Commission. The Commission has developed the Tri-Borough Joint Zoning Ordinance to ensure shared funding of enhancements essential to items of infrastructure, zoning and other cooperative services. |

Further North, established along the shores of the Ohio River, this Borough shares boundaries with the Borough of Ben Avon and the adjacent neighboring Borough of Ben Avon Heights to the Southeast. Along the Eastern border is Kilbuck Township. Located to the North and East is Ohio Township. The public school students of these communities are enrolled in the Avonworth School District.
